We’re super excited to welcome another talented Arkenaut to our growing team of superstars. Meet Bianka! Our new Head of Paid Media who will lead our wonderful clients paid advertising strategy to new heights, overseeing the planning, delivery, optimisation and reporting of all campaigns.

So let’s dive straight into all things Bianka…

Tell us a little about yourself

I have worked in paid media for just over five years now, and I have no plans on stopping anytime soon! I first found my passion for advertising when studying and attaining my marketing degree at the University of Brighton. Since then, I have had experience in working with 35 different businesses and brands, including SaaS, EdTech, FinTech, Krypto, E-commerce, Retail and Beauty companies. Having always worked with fun and collaborative people, I can’t wait to get stuck in here at Arke and begin building relationships with my colleagues and clients.

Have any fun facts for us?

In contrast to my advertising background, I’m actually an award-winning child actor! This was a passion of mine I pursued right up until University and actually won a few national awards in Romania. I’m also a big fan of skiing, even if I probably won’t be competing for the Olympic Ski team any time soon. Apart from that I love all things make-up and fashion, you can always catch me staying ahead of the latest beauty trends.

What are your goals here at Arke?

I’m incredibly excited to start working with current clients and using Arke’s paid media expertise to grow into new industries. I want Arke to be recognised for the powerhouse agency it is and become the leading team in the digital space. Clients goals and objectives will be a big focus of mine, and I will be striving to provide clients with fully managed campaigns from end to end including all digital elements from creative, paid media, CRO and beyond.

I’m also ready to help strengthen the company culture and I’m looking forward to getting stuck into the healthy, fun and ethical work environments here at Arke!
