We partnered with Joint Living to launch their newly rebranded student housing offer in competitive UK markets, using smart SEO and digital strategies whilst executing a standout creative campaign to build brand love and drive bookings.

We redesigned the website experience with improved UX, SEO and a dedicated tenant hub, then developed a bold full-funnel campaign using custom animated characters to guide students from ad to enquiry. Campaigns were hyper-targeted by city and channel, with evergreen SEO content keeping audiences warm across search, display, and social. Crucially Arke integrated marketing systems and ad platforms with HubSpot CRM to accurately report results and continuously improve user experience and search rankings to secure viewing bookings across the country.

The results came fast. With just 61% of the budget spent, the campaign smashed targets early, delivering record ROI, filling all rooms and enabling Joint to invest in their property portfolio for further growth.
