    We are looking for an experienced Account Manager to join our award-winning team, working across our client portfolio. You will be responsible for leading a portfolio of accounts across our target sectors, working closely with the Account Director & Accounts Team to drive growth in the business.

    Salary: £22,000 – £25,000 dependent on experience

    • You have at least 2 years’ hands-on experience, either client or agency side working with brands & organisations
    • You have strong digital knowledge and experience managing digital marketing projects
    • You are a confident communicator with strong influencing and negotiation skills
    • You are naturally comfortable being a key stakeholder in meetings, presentations and pitches
    • You have a genuine curiosity and “need-to-know” attitude about the future of our industry and clients
    • You are a naturally creative thinker and can manage challenges as they present themselves to achieve your client’s objectives
    • You are highly organised and a digital-first thinker
    • You have a desire to grow your clients and meet new ones
    • You have strong success rates in pitches


    • Create strategic marketing plans and proposals for clients which are aligned with their organisation’s goals
    • Key team member of client servicing, project management, satisfaction, growth and development for your clients
    • Manage client campaign timelines to ensure client expectations & deadlines are not only met but exceeded
    • Generate new business leads & convert them into clients
    • Thrive in a target driven environment which allows for accurate forecasting and achievement of targets
    • Represent your clients at Arke and work with the various teams to solve their complex challenges
    • Develop client strategies that put them ahead of their competitors, continually adapting to the changing media environment and utilising new innovations as appropriate
    • Support new business initiatives with drive and enthusiasm
    • Deliver against forecast targets, working proactively to achieve them
    • Positively represent the company, developing relationships beyond the key marketing contacts at industry events and more
    • Stay up to date with latest developments in both our clients’ and our worlds, inspiring those around us
    • Contribute into tender bids and pitches
